Supportive Care

The Supportive Care areas at Fairhaven provides a residential environment for people needing a higher level of assistance. Special activities and help with medications or personal needs are available for residents who can no longer be completely independent.

The support is provided under our Sheltered Care License, with a licensed nurse on site 24 hours every day. There are plenty of things to do and wonderful friends to share your day. Supportive Care brings with it a priority access to a higher level of care.

One of the areas in supportive care is The Neighborhood. The Neighborhood is for residents who need more assistance cognitively and/or monitoring for safety. Residents of The Neighborhood consist of a small group who eat together and participate in our life enrichment programming together. Staff is trained to accommodate the special needs of these residents while making every effort to enhance their quality of life.
